I know that COVID-19 is at the top of mind for most of you, just as it is for all of us here at Uncut. And, I know we are all managing an influx of information - and it’s a lot. That’s why I wanted to take a moment to let you know that we are taking COVID-19 seriously, while also doing what is needed to keep the business going.
Uncut is located in the State of Ohio and due to the sudden increase in community spread COVID-19 within our state, Governor DeWine has closed all restaurants and bars, all schools remain closed for at least the next 3 weeks and daycare centers will be closed soon. Because of this, our team members are staying home with their children.
My priority is the health and safety of our customers, teams and community. We have and will continue to take the necessary precautions to ensure this. I am closely monitoring CDC guidelines and as new information comes out, I will continue to update you on anything that might impact your Uncut order.
Our current processing time is 72 hours. It may become longer as we are working with a skeleton crew. We will keep you updated with any changes.
As part of the Uncut family, I want to wish you and your loved ones well. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those who have been affected by this virus and all the caregivers working tirelessly on the front lines of this crisis.
