I am very disappointed. I am usually easy to please but I can’t pretend these hair products are okay. They do it help my hair at all. They made it 10x worse. The alcohol in the products dries my hair out tremendously. I never use products with alcohol and I wish I would have known they had it in them and I would have never ordered. The shampoo and condition make my hair dry and tangled, the de tangler doesn’t get the tangles out. I have used it 3 times hoping it would change but it is terrible. I went back to my salon shampoo and my hair is soft again. I would like to return but I honestly don’t know how! I hope you can improve your product through this review.
