We DO NOT offer full cash refunds on any purchase. Once an order is placed, all sales are final, including items purchased at any show. If you have any questions on our products, please contact us prior to ordering.
Credit and Exchange Process
The FIRST STEP is to contact us via email within 14 DAYS of original ship date. Any exchange requests after this 14 day period will not be granted, no exceptions. We must approve the transaction prior to granting credit distribution. Credits will NOT be issued without buyer first contacting us for approval.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a code for the amount of credit via email. Your credit code can then be applied to any item within our store.
Uncut Hair Care Products is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so purchasing shipping insurance is highly recommended. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Returned items must be received within 21 days of the original ship date.
